Soul Flow with Hari Śakti
Love. Strength. Clarity. Story.
Soul Flow is a community for seekers and those longing for authentic connection.
Rooted in the principles of yoga, bhakti, and the insights of modern psychology, Soul Flow brings together tools, practices, and inspiration from the ancient wisdom to nurture wellbeing, cultivate clarity, and support a life of deeper alignment in today’s world.

I'm Hari Śakti, and this is Soul Flow.
I’ve wandered across many lands, with a thirst for what lies beyond the familiar. I’ve sat with strangers and immersed myself in traditions unknown, meeting teachers in unexpected forms.
Life has blessed me with many lessons, often through challenges and change. And whenever something new is born, the old must make space. Soul Flow also emerged in this way; as a step into something new, leaving the old while carrying forward what truly matters.
For over two decades I’ve walked the spiritual path, taught yoga and spirituality for more than ten years, and now continue my postgraduate studies in Counselling Psychology. My journey has taken me to a deep study in ashrams, to serving in different projects, and to nearly a decade of life in India. Leading me into the heart of Bhakti Yoga – learning to serve and love the Supreme Creator and all of creation.
The most subtle wisdom reveals itself the deeper we travel within. We all carry that knowing, and the process is one of peeling back the layers. This isn’t a journey of becoming someone new, but of remembering who we truly are, beneath the layers.
Welcome to Soul Flow with Hari Śakti.
Seven Pillars of Soul Flow
Softness is not weakness — it is śakti in its gentlest form: the strength of a heart that remains open. It is the courage to be tender while holding clear boundaries, grounded in compassion for oneself and others.
Devotion is not limited to an altar or mat. It is how we speak, walk, listen, inquire, and serve — infusing purpose into the rhythm of everyday life.
Each soul carries its own svadharma — its unique rhythm and knowing. The task is not to conform, but to awaken what is already true within. In Soul Flow, Hari Śakti holds space for every voice to be heard – beyond dogma, pressure, or expectation.
True guidance is anugraha – graceful support that uplifts rather than controls. It nurtures support, fosters self-trust, and illuminates the way without walking it for you or over you.
Tapas — spiritual discipline — is devotion in action. Not rigid or harsh, but a loving return to what nourishes the soul, and a steady rhythm that supports freedom and reflects the vow to keep showing up.
Spiritual life is not an escape — it is dharma lived with both feet on the earth, bridging the timeless and the everyday, the mystical and the mundane. There is no transcending without understanding.
Healing is not about becoming flawless — it is about becoming pūrṇa—whole. This value honors all parts of the self, even the ones that feel unfinished or raw, welcoming them home with honesty and love.
Foundations of Soul Flow
Body, Heart, Mind, and Story.
Soul Flow rests on four paths that meet in the same stream — Yoga, Bhakti, Psychology, and Storytelling
— all returning us to the Self.
Yoga
Yoga roots us in the body and steadies us in the discipline, clarity, and presence of an ancient path. It is more than postures; it is a way of living that unites our body, mind, and spirit in remembrance of what is most true.
Psychology
Psychology brings light to the mind, offering ways to see ourselves clearly, integrate what we’ve carried, and live with greater understanding. It draws from both modern insight and timeless wisdom to support a grounded, wholehearted life.

Bhakti
Bhakti opens the heart to the Divine. Through devotion, song, service, and the sacred stories, it softens what is rigid, deepens connection, and reminds us that the soul’s truest longing is to love and be in relationship with the eternal.
Storytelling
Storytelling is the thread that weaves everything together. It carries the voice of lived experience, the memory of the ancients, and the language of the heart. Stories make wisdom tangible — so that it is not only studied, but felt, remembered, and lived.
Meet Hari Śakti
For over two decades, I’ve walked the path of spiritual study. This journey has carried me from the outer world into the subtle landscapes within, guided by the disciplines of Yoga, the devotion of Bhakti, and the reflective lens of psychology. 15 years ago, I travelled to India for the first time and for nearly a decade this sacred land has been my home.
Teaching has always been a natural extension of my life as a student. I’ve shared yoga and spirituality for over a decade across Europe and India, but my path as a teacher began much earlier – at sixteen, when I first started instructing in a sports club. Nearly thirty years later, I’ve taught in many settings: as a full-time ski instructor for almost a decade, a personal trainer and wellness coach,
Sevā, the Sanskrit word for selfless service, is a core thread of the path of Bhakti. It is the offering of one’s time, energy, skills, and heart in devotion to something greater: to other beings, to community, to nature, and to the Divine source that sustains all life.
Yoga, in its truest sense, is never only a personal pursuit. It calls us to uplift one another, to listen, to support, and to serve.
From an early age, curiosity drew me beyond borders, both seen and unseen. I began reading at four, disappearing into stories that opened other worlds. When I was old enough to travel, I did so not to escape, but to seek: who are we, why are we here, and are we really so different from each other, even if we follow paths that seem unalike?
Since childhood, words have been my way of understanding the world. Books were my first portal into realities beyond the known, and language one of my earliest teachers. I would lose myself in stories for hours, until they began to pour out from within me. I wrote of the moments I observed, the meanings I uncovered, and the Divine hidden in everyday life:
What others say about Hari Śakti?

The contact and conversations with Hari Śakti keep inspiring and empowering me. She walks her spiritual path with such groundedness, love, and compassion. She continues to go her own way, finding her own spaces and walking her own path.
I don’t feel I belong to any specific institution, but I do feel deeply spiritual. Seeing how wonderfully Hari Śakti balances her own path within an institution – speaking up for herself and creating spaces to shine her light in the world – is truly empowering.
The way she embodies and integrates the human experience of the soul within the body, infusing it with spirituality, feels so aligning. I am tired of the spiritual teachings that neglect human life and fail to honour it. I’m grateful to learn from her how to bring spirituality into daily life in a practical way, as a human being with attachments and feelings, and how to integrate it rather than deny it.
I now see that I can live a normal life in society and offer my work and actions to God. This feels like a huge shift for me.

I first met Hari Śakti in the year 2019 as an enthusiastic Yogi, lover of street animals, and a deeply inspired Bhakti Yogi. Like her Guru, she also has had an exciting life journey, from a very young age taking her to different countries, experiencing variety of cultures, learning from diverse wisdom traditions, all along walking her own evolutionary spiritual path from being an atheist, a Buddhist, a Hatha Yogi, finally evolving into a Bhakti Yogi – sharing her deep realisations through the Soul Flow.
Over the years, I have witnessed her meticulously curate Bhakti Yoga Rishikesh with great care, sensitivity, and genuine devotion to share the gifts of Bhakti tradition, under the guidance of her spiritual teacher and mentors. At the same time, with sincere detachment, she has moved on creating space for herself, and others, and silently start all over again to create something still better and inclusive for her diverse audience. That’s real Śakti-power, as it’s not easy for a lone western woman in India to establish something from scratch and then move on to a new place to start all over again.
In Hari Śakti one can see a rare combination of determination, boldness, resourcefulness, humility, sensitivity, courage, insightfulness, creativity, and resilience. I’m sure that Soul Flow with Hari Śakti will be a refreshing oasis for genuine spiritual seekers, who will benefit much from her maturity, wisdom and embodied devotion.

Haribol
Dear Hari Śakti, it brings me so much joy to read about all that you’re creating — it truly feels like an offering born from lifetimes of devotion, wisdom, and soul alchemy.
We first met in Rishikesh, and I was immediately touched by your calming presence and the way you made everyone feel seen, welcome, and safe. You hold space with such grace — both deeply professional and deeply devotional at the same time. Whether it's through guiding a practice, sharing stories, or even cooking prasadam, your love and intention flow through every detail.
You’re a rare soul who dares to bridge ancient wisdom with modern understanding. Bold, grounded, and authentic — you’re not just sharing teachings, you’re living them. Your years in India have given you a rare depth of cultural understanding, and you carry that knowledge with so much respect and humility.
Soul Flow with Hari Śakti feels like exactly the kind of space this world needs — a sanctuary for seekers of truth, tradition, and realness. I'm honored to witness your journey.

I first met Hari Śakti in Rishikesh in mid-2022, and from the beginning there was a natural and deep connection between us – one that transcended the differences in our spiritual paths. I come from a Buddhist tradition, and she walks the Bhakti path, yet our values and intentions harmonized beautifully. We would often spend hours in conversation about life and how to live it well.
Hari Śakti has been a true inspiration to me. Her commitment to living a virtuous and purposeful life is evident in everything she does. She carries herself with sincerity, humility, and open-heartedness that uplifts everyone around her.
Watching how she serves others so selflessly – simply by being who she has become – has inspired me deeply in living the kind of life I aspire to. I’m grateful our paths crossed. She’s a rare human. Always sending blessings.
