Sanskrit is the mother tongue of yoga. Many of its words carry layers of meaning that are often lost in translation. For practitioners and teachers alike, understanding even the basics of Sanskrit can open a deeper doorway into yoga and bhakti traditions.

This course is designed to make Sanskrit approachable. Together with Hari Śakti and Hare Kṛṣṇa Dās – a lifelong practitioner, monk of two decades and a teacher of bhakti and Vedic wisdom – you will be guided step by step into the language of yoga and sacred sound.
