10-week Online Course in Finnish Starts September 27, 2025 September 27, 2025 Via Zoom!
Yoga is much more than physical postures. Behind the practice lies a rich philosophy, a living tradition, and a way of life that has evolved over thousands of years. This course offers a clear introduction to the foundations of yoga philosophy, taught in Finnish, with the aim of making its essential teachings both understandable and practical for modern life.
Each week we meet online to study together, reflect, and connect with the wisdom of the ancient texts such as the Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and the Haṭha Yoga Pradīpika.
