About the Course
This is not a drop-in class, but a closed weekly group where we journey together – step by step, week by week. With a consistent circle of practitioners, we can grow, deepen, and support one another in practice.
Each 75-minute session combines:
– A progressing theme
– Theory & philosophy behind the practices
– Dynamic sequences to strengthen and open the body.
– Gentle, slower practices to restore balance and release tension.
– Prāṇāyāma to expand breath, calm the nervous system, and steady the mind.
